Faculty Dinner

Today was another shortened day of classes due to the faculty dinner we had tonight. We had our usual meeting at 9 this morning and exchanged stories about out weekends. It was the first time that some of us split up for the weekend excursion but it was fun to hear interesting stories. We all got together in the evening to set up for the dinner which we put on. Then quickly get ready for the night. We all split up drinks, rolls, salad, dessert and Herr Becker made the main meal of fennel chowder which was really good and a little spicy. We all introduced ourselves and said our most memorable thing or what we are most looking forward to about the trip. We then had a slide show of pictures and sang You've got a Friend in Me while Sam played the piano. Sam also played beautifully all through dinner for everyone. We enjoyed taking a quiz about our teachers and learning some interesting facts about all of them. The winner received a prize for the most known or more like guessed facts. There were some funny stories to go along with them. Over all it was a fun night. Now we are all laying in bed ready to rest up from the weekend and prepare for our departure in 3 days! So much fun but keeps us very busy! Love and miss you all!

Tschuusss!
Love, Andrea

PS. LITTLE HINT: if you want to make our pictures bigger... just click on them and they should blow up so you can see them better! :)
