Today we were all happy to be done with classes by 11:45! Thursdays are short and sweet and are filled with excitement for the upcoming weekend travels. We got our German tests back today, our class all did really well- a pleasant surprise:) We went over the german grading scale, which is quite different than in the US. They go from a 1-6. 1 being the best you can get. But it also goes in .25 intervals, a bit confusing! In our German life and culture class, we divided up into groups and answered some questions on the book we read, the Reader.
After class today, the four of us all went down into Lauren and Anna's room and we finalized all of our spring break plans! What a relief to have everything all planned, it feels so much more real now! We are all very excited to go to London, Ireland, Brussels, and Amsterdam for our first week! Lauren and I worked on booking hostels, and Anna and Andrea looked into transportation.
Tonight we are going to go to the Irish Pub for Karaoke night!! We are going with some German friends from the University who we have met, we are all excited to sing our little hearts out:)
