Hey Hey!
Since our German rail passes are not valid for this week, we are staying in the RT for the weekend, but not to worry, we have a lot planned! (Suzanne on the other hand is visiting a friend in Barcelona for the weekend...so I'm sure she'll update everyone on sunday when she gets back)Yesterday, the group went to an outlet mall that is a town over in Metzingen! It was so great. There was everything from Polo Ralph Lauren to Nike. We made sure to look for great deals in all stores. Almost everyone found something and we all had such a productive shopping experience! Anna, Andrea, and I all got a lot of really cute new things for CHEAP! Then we all came back and got CHICKEN MAN and pommes frites for dinner! (french fries) We were all very hungry from a full day of shopping so this was so great to come home to! The picture here is of the Chicken man (who knows us now...) and us purchasing our dinner! And as we all know now, Thursday night is KARAOKE night! So we all went out for another funfilled night of singing at the pub!(my voice was a little raspy this morning! haha) But it was very fun and the walk home was so nice because it was snowing and everything was so pretty! Another really fun night with the group.
Today we woke up and were so excited because it was spa day! Anna, Andrea, Abby and I all traveled to the town of Baden Baden where the famous spas are. We were so excited to go and relax for the afternoon. The train ride was interesting on the way there and met a pretty grumpy attendant...but we finally made it there and had a wonderfully relaxing european spa experience!
Tomorrow we are going to visit two castles that are about 30 minutes from here! We are pretty excited about seeing some more famous sights!!
I've been hearing that the states are extremely warm right now and I'm jealous because it only seems to be getting colder here! Blow some of that warm air this way!
